黄晓芳，湖北黄石人。2013年毕业于东南大学，2019年于中国科学院地质与地球物理研究所获博士学位，随后在本所开展博士后研究，2023年12月起任特聘副研究员。
研究方向为古气候模拟，主要研究成果包括：1）通过模拟，结合地质记录，发现上新世温暖期东亚夏季风增强、雨带北进、中国北方变湿，为评估未来变暖的环境效应提供了依据；2）运用模拟，发现西太副高增强和ITCZ北移是古增温影响东亚季风降水的内在机制；3）模拟与记录重建显示，古增温导致我国北方东西向降水梯度增加，表明未来变暖有利于东部沙地的环境修复。 |
