实验室介绍: 

  本实验室前身第四纪孢粉实验室成立于1956年,是我国成立最早的第四纪孢粉实验室。植硅体实验室成立于上世纪90年代,是我国最早的专门从事植硅体研究的实验室。本实验室具有完备的孢粉、植硅体、植钙体和淀粉粒前处理仪器设备,并保存有丰富的现代、化石标本、薄片以及图版资料,以及目前国际上专门用于生物化石数据处理、图象处理、古环境定量分析软件及时间序列分析软件。课题研究团队依托孢粉、植硅体两个主要研究方向,在古生态、环境考古、农业起源、及古环境定量重建等方面,具有长期的研究经验和积累,实验室的研究成果分别发表在NaturePNASPLoS OneQuaternary Science Review等具有国际影响的刊物上,受到国际同行的关注, 多次得到SciencePNASPLoS One等刊物网站的亮点评价或专文介绍,特别是植硅体基础研究的部分成果被国外大学引为教材。 

仪器介绍: 

  本实验室购置了多台光学显微镜及用于图像、数据分析的软、硬件设备,以及用于孢粉、植硅体、植钙体和淀粉粒前处理的多台仪器。 

  显微镜主要有:Leica EMED生物显微镜,Leica-DM R HC万能生物成像显微镜, OLYMPUS BX51生物显微镜,Leica DM750生物显微镜。 

  前处理设备:通风厨,烘箱,离心机,马弗炉,超声波,振荡器等。

  本实验室面向全所和全国同行开放。开放的具体措施如下: 

  1.样品分析以学术交流为主要形式,目前不接受生产性样品分析。 

  2.国内同行直接联系到本实验室分析样品,并通过交流学习,在本实验室完成鉴定统计分析工作。实验室是提供样品分析和鉴定统计的设备,并收取一定的费用。 

  3.公开发表成果需注明样品由本实验室分析。 

  实验室收费标准: 

  1.实验室每天收费200元。 

  2.实验耗材根据实际消耗计算。
